Discriminative Artificial Intelligence.
Its goal is to classify or label input data, distinguishing between different types of data and drawing boundaries between them. Examples include classification models such as BERT for text and ResNet for images.
Generative AI.
Designed to create new data, such as images, text, audio, or video, from initial inputs or contexts. Generative models learn the probability distributions of input data and use this knowledge to create new content that seems real or plausible.
Strong Artificial Intelligence (AGI).
It represents the ability of an intelligent agent to learn and understand any intellectual task that a human being can learn. It is the main focus of some research in AI and a common topic in science fiction and futurology.
